About us

Learn the market from real cases, not tips

Manage Our Finance is a free education site for Indian investors. Every day we explain the news that moves the market and take 10 real NSE/BSE stocks apart on 100 points — then show what actually happened next.

Why the stock data is old

SEBI's January 2025 rules bar people who are not SEBI-registered from using market price data of the preceding three months in educational content and from giving stock recommendations. We are not registered, so every case study uses a snapshot at least 90 days old (today: 95 days) and never says whether to buy, sell or hold. The news desk discusses news at sector level only, without live prices.

The 100-point method

  1. Prices — daily open, high, low, close and volume, checked for errors, duplicates and gaps.
  2. 50 technical points — trend, moving averages, momentum, volatility, volume, price levels, patterns and relative strength, all computed by code. No number is typed by hand.
  3. 50 fundamental points — valuation, growth, profitability, balance sheet (or asset quality for banks), cash flow, dividends, ownership and quality, using only results published by the snapshot date.
  4. One-off checks — unusual other income, mergers, bonus issues and demergers are flagged on the page.
  5. What happened next — the price path, levels held or broken, the next quarter's results and shareholding changes.
